Entremets Day 7
This is an Irish Cream and Vodka Mudslide Cake. The top is vodka mousse with the chocolate spray . It was kind of a fun one, with the rounded interior.

Mini entremets with chocolate spray. Yes, it is done with a regular old paint sprayer!
