Cakes Day 1

The start of another class! I'm pretty excited about this one. The way it works, we focus on finishing one cake every day and prep the ingredients for the next days cake. Beacuse of this, we didn't finish a cake on day one. Instead we had a long lecture, and made chocolate cake and fudge icing to use on day 2. This class is pretty fast paced, so there isn't a ton of time to stop and take pictures. Because of this, most of my pictures will be of finished cakes. Yeah!
